Great location, great price, nice staff.
Breakfast options were shocking, cornflakes or toast???
Great location, good value for price, clean bathroom
Breakfast a bit dull.
The hotel is located within walk distance to south kensington area, such natural history museum, science museum, victoria&albert museum, imperial college, royal albert hall.
The room is quite small and looks a bit shabby. However there are convenient items such a tv, microwave, jug kettle, safety box, hair dryer, equipped. Breakfast was simple as expected due to cost perofmance.
Good location close to Tube station, plenty of restaurants, shops etc close by
the members of hotel staff
the rooms which under ground were unsuitable for health particularly for children
The location was good close to earl's court
Awfully small rooms and too much steps to climb before getting to your room as there is no elevator, the shower is so tiny you cannot bend to wash your knees. This Hotel is not value for money, it is too expensive for the service you get. It is also bad for parking as there is no parking space in the hotel or on the streets in the area except for permit holders, my friends got a parking fine even after paying for the parking ticket. I would not recommend this hotel.
Location was excellent
3% additional charge for paying by credit card. Off-hand manner of staff No lift- we were on top floor Poor lighting on stairs Tiny room for breakfast- poor selection.
Very welcoming personnel. Hotel is very clean and tidy.
- The room was a triple room (I came with my two sons), but no drawers nor cupboard available for clothes (but we had a kitchen sink, a fridge and a microwave oven). The sink in the bathroom was the kind of small sink you would usually find in a toilet to wash your hands. I could not use the shaver plug as the light hosting it was not working, which is an annoyance. Fortunately, my shaver could also run on batteries. Lucky me. Even when spotting it the first morning, it was not fixed the next day. Strange room indeed. - The breakfast room is small, but welcoming. However, the orange juice does not come from a fridge and was at room temperature. As the room was quite hot... so was the orange juice. Also, if you want better standards, the loaf of breads should not be left in their plastic bags... nor should you refill the cornflakes from their king size plastic bag in the room. Choices with the bread were very limited: jam and cheese.
Close to underground Room had everything I needed Friendly staff
Had to climb a lot of stairs to get to room - but it was good exercise! A very small negative for such a competitively priced central london room.
nic (nothing) , the WORST HOTEL EVER
Location of St Marks is excellent, the hotel room although small was clean. The shower and toilet facilities were brand new and very clean and the added benifit of the microwave and fridge are a bonus. I would stay here again without hesitation even though rooms are small.
The Hotel location is excellent. Very near a tube station and in a very nice area. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean and quiet.
There is no lift but there are rooms at lower floors if this is a problem. It wasn't for us.
The location only.
In fact, I did not like staying at St Mark Hotel, as the room is very small, plus our room was at the 4th floor with no elevator. We had to take our luggages by ouselves to the 4th floor. It was a very bad experience. We will never come to this hotel again. Regards,
The location of this hotel is very best, and it not far from tube station. Staff are very nice.
This hotel dose not have elavaton, it difficults to carry a big luggage to up stair room.
The staff was kindly . The room cleaned every day (exept near the window too much dust) it's a pity. The towels and the sheets have been change every day. The bathroom very clean.
Near the window it had to much dust. The clean women forget this place.
